Donkey's milk
In the world of beauty, donkey's milk is a source of youth known for millennia, and that we rediscover gradually. Donkey's milk is the closest to human breast milk, source of all beginnings. Nothing is more natural but also more universal and timeless.
We only work with confidence and we produce donkey's milk in our beautiful country,Romania. In the countryside , our donkey farm is a small holding of 8.5 ha. It is also a centre for the rehabilitation for all the local region donkeys breeds. The animals – about fifteen of them – are outside year-round, with the possibility of shelters for them. Food is all natural: grass, hay and barley.
Freeze-drying
Best quality for all the regions and no matter of the delivery time!
After freezing, the milk is transported to our storage facility, in a refrigerated van. There, it is dried to facilitate its preservation. For this, we use the freeze-drying technique. The milk is not heated, unlike the classic spraying technique. The water in the milk goes from a solid state to a gaseous state. This cold-drying vacuum technique is a costly and sophisticated process, but it keeps all the properties of the milk. Thus our organic freeze-dried milk brings to our entire line all the qualities of fresh donkey's milk, under optimum sanitary conditions.
